Located on the Hunter Valley's lower slopes of the beautiful Molly Morgan Range, on a Lovedale area hillside in world renowned Hunter Valley is the now famous and much celebrated Warraroong Estate Australian Premier Boutique W inery, vineyard and cellar door. Blending tradition with modern technology, Warraroong Estate's Boutique Hunter Valley Vineyard produces only the highest quality, multi Trophy and Gold, Silver & Bronze medal winning straight varietal & blended wines that demonstrate the distinctiveness of the very unique Lovedale area terroir. Bottled wines from our vineyard are generally only available from our most interesting and picturesque, recently renovated, Hunter Valley Cellar Door, contained right within our old working winery in the outstanding boutique Lovedale area. Our 30 year old vines are now in their prime of production.

Our new, but comparatively small, Hunter Valley Olive Grove creates a very beautiful entry to this exceptionally special Warraroong Estate property.

Claremont House, our luxury AAA 4-STAR rated, 2 storey five bedroom Georgian-style house, reverse cycle air-conditioned, is available for mid week overnight stays for couples or groups, or weekend two night rental on a self-catering group basis, booking out the whole house for the ultimate "wine & stay" experience.

Claremont House is well suited for both relaxed indoor and outdoor gatherings. Winter chills can be warded off around the lounge room cosy huge open log fire. This oustanding Hunter Valley Vineyard Accommodation has separate lounge and sitting/TV rooms, large dining room & open kitchen, and is fully surrounded by a wide paved verandah with BBQ & seating facilities for 12.

Magnificent views stretch across Lovedale and Hunter Valley Wine Country to the Brokenback Range and Watagan Mountains, giving a great sense of openess and tranquillity from this very picturesque Luxury Hunter Valley Accommodation and surrounding vineyard. There is a lovely open feature dam right near the house where kangaroos and many other wildfile often visit.
