This red wine has the typical black pepper characteristics of a light Hunter Valley Shiraz and is now a very easy drinking Shiraz. The palate shows good acid structure and medium weight tannins. Excellent with all red meats.

This estate grown Shiraz/Malbec blend has a lovely ruby colour and bouquet with distinct spicy plum characters, along with berry fruit flavours on the palate. This wine is a quick developer, becoming soft, smooth and mellow and a great accompaniment to spicy Asian meals, curries, pasta and cheese. It can be chilled on hot days. Very popular.
