Our estate grown Semillon shows typical Hunter Valley area intense characters of citrus on the nose and tropical fruits of lemon and grapefruit on the palate. Its style is fresh and vibrant with purity and has a lovely light colour. It is amazingly delicate and is an exceptionally well balanced wine. Enjoy whilst still fresh or cellar for five years whilst the natural bottle aging process occurs. It will then exhibit those typical lovely toasty characters of bottle aged Hunter Valley Semillon. It will cellar well for 20 years. Ideal with seafood. Screw Cap. Winemaker: Andrew Thomas
